Dr. Christensen is the Founder & CEO of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC), an international continuing education organization providing dental education to all dental professionals., and CEO of Clinicians Report Foundation. He has taught over 45,000 hours of continuing education worldwide and has published many books and articles. He has received his DDS, MSD, and PhD degrees, as well as an Honorary Doctor of Science and an Honorary Doctor of Dental Education and Research. Dr. Christensen is currently a practicing prosthodontist in Provo, Utah.
Dr. Massad graduated from Loyola University of Chicago and is presently the Director of Removable Prosthodontics at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry in Arizona. Dr. Massad was an associate professor from 1992-2003 at the Pankey Institute in Florida and holds faculty positions at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Dr. Massad also served as a clinical associate professor from 1982 to 1987 at the Michael Cardone, Sr. School of Dentistry in Oklahoma. Dr. Massad has published a variety of more than 40 professional articles in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, International Journal of Periodontal and Restorative Dentistry, Compendium of Continuing Dental Education, The Independent Journal, England, The Pankey Gram, Bulletin of American Association of Dental Examiners, Journal of the Oklahoma Dental Association, Dentistry Today, Dental Economics, and others.
Dr. Scott D. Ganz graduated from the UMDNJ – NJ Dental School, now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a 3-year specialty program in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Ganz is well-published in various scientific and professional journals, has contributed to 14 scientific textbooks, and delivers presentations globally on the Prosthetic and Surgical phases of Implant Dentistry, & 3-D Imaging Technologies. Dr. Ganz is considered one of the world’s leading experts in the field of Computer Utilization for Diagnostic, CBCT, Treatment Planning Application Software, and CAD-CAM Technology.
He is an innovator with a passion for teaching and developing new technologies. When he was a dental student, he taught Biochemistry at UCLA. Today, he teaches across the globe to dental schools and makes time to conduct CE courses for general dentists and specialists while increasing access to care to underserved populations in developing countries. He is a diplomate of the International Academy of Dental Implants. He actively conducts research and development while running a busy private practice in Boston, MA, Mahattan, NY, and San Diego, CA limited to implant surgery and orthodontics. Dr. Lee’s credentials include two doctorate level degrees, Doctor of Medical Science and a specialty certificate in Periodontology from Harvard University and a DDS from UCLA. He also won multiple 1st place Table Clinic Presentation Awards at the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2008, American Orthodontic Society and International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2007. He invented the “Crestal Window Sinus Grafting Technique” and owns the patent on various sinus and surgical instruments.
Prof. Dr. Dr. Smeets studied human and dental medicine (MD, and DMD) and chemistry at the RWTH Aachen University of Technology and got a research fellowship there. In 2011, Prof. Dr. Dr. Smeets became a full professor,managing senior physician and Head of Research, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Medical Center Hamburg–Eppendorf (UKE), Germany. He has won several awards and is continuously authoring publications in the field of implantology and oral surgery.
Dr. Carl F. Driscoll currently serves as a Professor at the University of Maryland Dental School and as Director of the Prosthodontic Residency. Dr. Driscoll is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP). Dr. Driscoll has served as President of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, President of the American Board of Prosthodontics, and as President of the ACP. He has been awarded both the Garver-Staffanou Award ( for outstanding service as a program director) and Moulton Award (for outstanding contributions to fixed prosthodontics) from the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics. Dr. Driscoll has given over 350 presentations nationally and internationally and has authored over 75 publications. He recently co-published the book “Clinical Applications of Digital Dental Technology” with his colleague Dr. Radi Masri.
Dr. Georg Arentowicz, a graduate of the University of Dusseldorf, is a board member of the Dental Association North Rhine, Chief Executive Officer of the Dental Implant Prosthetics Group (AZIP), Mentor of the Study Group for Augmentation and Implantology at the Dental Association North Rhine, Member of the board of the German Society of Implantology (DGI) of the National Association of North Rhine-Westphalia, and teaches at the University of Witten-Herdecke.
Dr. Richard Miron, DDS, PhD is currently an Adjunct Visiting Faculty in the department of Periodontology in Bern, Switzerland where he completed his PhD studies since 2009. He has currently published over 150 peer-reviewed articles and lectures internationally on many topics relating to growth factors, bone biomaterials and guided bone regeneration. He has recently been awarded many recent international prizes in dentistry and is widely considered as one of the top contributors to implant dentistry having won the ITI Andre Schroeder Prize in 2016, the IADR Young Investigator of the Year in the field of Implant Dentistry in 2015, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) Young Investigator grant award in 2014. He and Dr. Joseph Choukroun have recently edited the first textbook on PRF titled: “Platelet Rich Fibrin in Regenerative Dentistry: From Biological Background to Clinical Indications”. He also recently co-edited a textbook titled: “Next Generation Biomaterials for Bone and Periodontal Regeneration” with Quintessence publishing (available in early in 2019).
Dr. Jacobs is a graduate of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and the University of Michigan, College of Engineering. He is formally trained in complex rehabilitation, digital dentistry, as well as implant surgery and restoration. Dr. Jacobs also holds a position as a clinical professor at the University of Illinois— Chicago, School of Dentistry. He has published abstracts and articles in multiple international journals.
“Dr. Effrat Habsha earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. She completed her dental training at the University of Toronto and received her DDS from the same institution. Upon graduation, Dr. Habsha completed a one year General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. She pursued her Graduate studies in Prosthodontics receiving a Diploma in Prosthodontics followed by a Master of Science degree, both from the University of Toronto.”
Dr. Baer was a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Chicago where he taught implant dentistry in the General Practice Residency and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics program and conducted clinical research in implantology and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Baer is an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has written numerous articles and lectures both nationally and internationally on implant dentistry.
Dr. Machi graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1977 and later received his initial implant education at Harvard and at New York University. Dr. Machi has been involved in the research and design of dental implants and bone augmentation materials for over 25 years and has lectured nationally and internationally on various subjects including implants, radiology,orthodontics, as well as various laboratory topics. Dr. Machi has served on the board of America’s oldest implant organization, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry
Dr. Ehmann received his Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade in Yugoslavia. He also received a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Ehmann specializes in a variety of subjects including micro/meso-scale manufacturing, precision engineering, and automation and robotics. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Dr. Ehmann has served on many editorial boards and as a adjunct professor in services related to the field of engineering.
Dr. Cao is a graduate of Shanghai JiaoTong University and of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has received her Bachelor of Science, Masters, and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Cao’s work has made reputable contributions to the understanding of the effects of material microstructure and material architecture on forming behavior of metals. Her research interests revolve around manufacturing processes and systems, especially in relation to deformation-based processes and laser processes. Dr. Cao has published over 300 technical articles and has received a myriad of awards for her work.
Dr. Yahav graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Biomedical, and Mechanical Engineering along with a DDS from Northwestern University. He has been practicing Implantology for over 30 years; simple and complex treatments. He is also a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has been actively involved in Research and Development at Northwestern University Engineering Department and has invented the Esi Implant and the Baseplant. He is also a member of the ADA, CDS, IDS, AGD, and AAID.

Dr. Tomas Linkevicius has received DDS degree in 2000 in Kaunas University, Lithuania. In 2004 he finished post-graduate program in prosthodontics in Vilnius University. In 2009 he received a PhD degree in Riga Stradins University, Latvia. Currently, Dr. Linkevicius serves as Associate Professor in Institute of Odontology, Vilnius University. He also works in private practice “Vilnius Implantology Center” and is a founder of private research center “Vilnius Research Group”.
Dr. Hansen attended the RWTH Aachen University of Technology where he studied dentistry at the University hospital. In 1997, Dr. Hansen took over a dental office in Dortmund, Germany, which he currently owns and continues to practice in to this day. He has also authored many specialist publications on implantology and belongs to a multitude of scientific associations relating to dentistry and implantology.
Dr. Aydilek attended the Istanbul University where he completed his dental education. He is a master of implant surgery and training at the International Implant Foundation in Switzerland. He has participated in many domestic and foreign dental conferences as a participant and speaker. He has also published many abstracts and articles on implantology. Dr. Aydilek founded three dental hospitals and opened his own hospital in Istanbul where he practices today.
Dr. Josch has been a practicing dentist and implantologist since 1995. He attended the Hannover Medical School in Hannover, Germany. In 2007, Dr. Josch obtained recognition from the BDIZ, whose acronym translates to the Federation of Dentists Working in Implantology in English. Today, Dr. Josch is a practicing dentist and surgeon at his personal practice in Langenhangen, Germany.
“Dr. Natuk Uyumaz has graduated from Saint George College in 1999. He has completed the Faculty of Dentistry of Istanbul University in 2004. After graduation, he started his doctorate and specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. Dr. Natuk Uyumaz has successfully presented his doctoral thesis titled “Evaluation of the use of zeolite, which is successfully used in many fields, alone as a bone graft material in dentistry together with TCP (tricalcium phosphate) in experimental defects of rabbit tibialis”. During his studies, he has trained in Oral Surgery Departments in Erlangen, Germany and Graz Universities in Austria. He has many publications both at home and abroad. Dr. Natuk Uyumaz speaks German and English well. He is founding partner of “Simetri” Dental Policlinic founded in December 2010 and founding partner of “Ortodent” Dental Policlinic.
Dr. Nguyen is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Hanoi University of Odonto-Stomatology. He is a certified Plastic Surgeon and Orthodontist. Dr. Nguyen has produced multiple publications on oral surgery and bone grafting. He has been a practicing medical professional for 18 years and continues to practice at the Kim Hospital in Vietnam.
Dr. Detlef Lutz graduated from the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) in Germany in 1980 and achieved his DMD the following year. Dr. Lutz has been working as a dentist and imlantologist, and in his 1983 founded a dental practice with six other colleagues. Due to his experience not only in implantology but also in dental laser, Dr. Lutz has published several articles in that field, and also specializes and periodontics, filling therapy, and high-quality dentures.
Dr. Baghestani is a graduate of the Eberhard – Karls – University of Tuebingen (Germany), where he passed his examination in dental medicine in 1996 and got his dissertation in the same period. He continued his board in the department of oral and maxillo – facial surgery of the University of Regensburg (Germany). In addition to his scientific activities he was participant and speaker in many implantological symposiums and passed advanced trainings for implantologists. Since 2003 Dr. Baghestani has worked in his own clinic focused on oral surgery, complex rehabilitation with 3D digital volume tomography, implant surgery and restoration.
Dr. Zou attended the Anhui Medical University and the School of Medicine in Shanghai, China. He is a member of the Department of Oral and Craniofacial Implant and the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Ninth People’s Hospital Affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is currently employed at the Dental Implant Centre at Stomatologic Hospital and College.
